Dr. Jacqueline O. Lustig
Dr. Jacqueline Lustig is a graduate of Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine, with residency training at Maimonides Hospital, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, the Hospital of St. Raphael, and St. Barnabas Hospital in Anesthesia, Internal Medicine and Family Medicine. Dr. Lustig is board certified in Family Medicine, and served in the National Health Service Corps from 1999 through 2003, promoting and delivering primary care at the Bronx River Houses public housing project and the Segundo Ruiz Belvis Diagnostic and Treatment Center in the South Bronx where she also served as a Preceptor for medical students from New York Medical College.
Dr. Lustig brings an experienced, holistic, thorough, highly trained perspective to patient care. Dr. Lustig founded Town and Country Pediatrics and Family Medicine, PC in 2005, and currently serves as its President, and most recently has been recognized by the National Committee for Quality Assurance for practice-wide implementation of our Patient Centered Medical Home. In addition, she serves on the Community Healthnet Provider Advisory Workgroup and has worked on the Anthem PCMH Pilot program. Dr. Lustig is on staff at Waterbury Hospital. She has a faculty appointment at Quinnipiac University's Frank Netter School of Medicine, where she serves as a medical student preceptor.
